  3. Add Broth and Tomatoes: Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes, stirring well. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cook the Tortellini: Add the cheese tortellini, cooking according to package instructions (about 3–5 minutes).
  5. Incorporate Spinach and Seasoning: Fold in the fresh spinach and sprinkle in the Italian seasoning. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
