Crust Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined, then press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
Cheesecake Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until it’s silky smooth.
- Add granulated sugar, sour cream, eggs, eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon to the cream cheese. Mix everything together until fully combined.
- Pour the creamy filling over your prepared crust, and bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
Cooling
- After baking, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Transfer the cheesecake to the fridge and allow it to chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Serving
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of nutmeg.

Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth filling. Chilling for at least 4 hours or overnight enhances flavors.
