Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onion over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, then mix in tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir together the meat mixture, frozen vegetables, and half of the shredded cheese until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with crushed tortilla chips and sprinkle remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for added color. Customize with your favorite vegetables or proteins to suit your taste.
