How to Make Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil. Carefully place the whole cabbage into the boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Toss in the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in your cooked rice, diced tomatoes, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook everything together for 2-3 minutes.
- Lay out the softened cabbage leaves on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the meat mixture onto each leaf, then roll them up tightly while tucking in the sides.
- Pour the tomato sauce and broth over the cabbage rolls, cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in your preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour.
- Once baking is complete, uncover the rolls and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy.
