How to Make Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil. Carefully place the whole cabbage into the boiling water for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Toss in the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in your cooked rice, diced tomatoes, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook everything together for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Lay out the softened cabbage leaves on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the meat mixture onto each leaf, then roll them up tightly while tucking in the sides.
  5. Pour the tomato sauce and broth over the cabbage rolls, cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in your preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour.
  6. Once baking is complete, uncover the rolls and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy.
