How to Make Sheet Pan Blistered Cabbage and Kielbasa
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the cabbage by removing the core and shredding it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the kielbasa and onion into thin rounds.
- Combine cabbage, kielbasa, onion, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve hot, optionally garnishing with caraway seeds or a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Notes
For extra crispiness, turn on the broiler for the last 5-10 minutes of cooking. Keep a close watch to avoid burning.
