How to Make
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, removing the core.
- Slice the kielbasa into 1-inch pieces.
- Combine cabbage, sliced kielbasa, and optional sliced onion in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss until well-coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot, optionally drizzling with sour cream or mustard.
