How to Make
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, removing the core.
  3. Slice the kielbasa into 1-inch pieces.
  4. Combine cabbage, sliced kielbasa, and optional sliced onion in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss until well-coated.
  5. Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve hot, optionally drizzling with sour cream or mustard.
