  • 2 cups Mushrooms cleaned, baby Bella or cremini
  • 1 cup Cranberries unsweetened dried
For the Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup pure
  • 3 sprigs Thyme fresh

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping sweet potatoes, halving Brussels sprouts, slicing red onion, and cleaning mushrooms.
