Cooking Steps
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
- Add Italian sausages and brown them on all sides for about 6 minutes.
- Remove sausages and sauté sliced onions and bell peppers for about 5 minutes.

- Chop the sausages and return them to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
