Preparation
- Chop the boneless, skinless chicken into bite-sized pieces, wash the broccoli florets, and finely mince the garlic.
- In a skillet or wok, pour in sesame oil and heat over medium-high until shimmering.
Cooking
- Add chicken pieces to the hot oil, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and broccoli florets, cooking for 4-5 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes. Pour over chicken and broccoli, tossing to coat.
- Heat everything through for an additional 2 minutes, then serve with rice or noodles.
Notes
Optionally garnish with sesame seeds or green onions before serving.
