Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • 4 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets Choose bright green florets.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
For the Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce (Low-sodium)
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil For cooking.
  • 1 Tbsp Honey Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Adjust according to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the boneless, skinless chicken into bite-sized pieces, wash the broccoli florets, and finely mince the garlic.
  2. In a skillet or wok, pour in sesame oil and heat over medium-high until shimmering.
Cooking
  1. Add chicken pieces to the hot oil, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and broccoli florets, cooking for 4-5 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes. Pour over chicken and broccoli, tossing to coat.
  4. Heat everything through for an additional 2 minutes, then serve with rice or noodles.

Notes

Optionally garnish with sesame seeds or green onions before serving.
