  • 1 large Eggs flax egg for vegan option
For the Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups Tomato Sauce use your favorite sauce

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and eggs. Gently mix until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs, aiming for about 24, and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. While the meatballs bake, heat your favorite tomato sauce in a pan. Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the meatballs on a plate with the sauce, garnishing with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Freeze uncooked meatballs for easy meal prep.
