How to Make Crispy Flavor-Packed Pan-Fried Brussels Sprouts
- Rinse and clean your Brussels sprouts, trimming off the ends before halving them.
- In a large skillet, pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place the halved Brussels sprouts cut side down in the skillet. Avoid stirring them for about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and stir gently. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle in salt and pepper, followed by a splash of balsamic vinegar. Stir and let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
- Transfer the crispy sprouts to serving plates while they’re still warm. Drizzle more balsamic vinegar on top if desired.
