How to Make Crispy Flavor-Packed Pan-Fried Brussels Sprouts
  1. Rinse and clean your Brussels sprouts, trimming off the ends before halving them.
  2. In a large skillet, pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Place the halved Brussels sprouts cut side down in the skillet. Avoid stirring them for about 5 minutes.
