Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or light oil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Create a well in the dry mixture and pour in 1 tablespoon of olive oil along with approximately 3/4 cup of warm water. Stir gently until the ingredients form a rough, shaggy dough.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 2 minutes until smooth but not sticky.
- Roll or press the dough into your desired shape on the prepared baking sheet, keeping it about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place the shaped crust in the oven and bake for around 10 minutes or until golden brown.
