  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 large Egg optional

Method
 

How to Make Oven-Baked Cabbage Burgers
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice a small head of cabbage into ½ inch thick rounds. Brush both sides with olive oil and arrange on a lined baking sheet.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Add an egg if desired.
  4. Form the meat mixture into patties and place them on top of the cabbage slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  6. Sprinkle cheese on the patties and broil for 3-5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with dipping sauces or a salad.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
