- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the rolled pastry into 1-inch wide strips.
- Wrap each mini sausage in a pastry strip, leaving the ends uncovered.
- Whisk together the egg and water in a small bowl. Brush over the wrapped sausages.
- Bake on a prepared baking sheet for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Optional: Serve with a side of mustard for dipping. Keep the puff pastry chilled before rolling for best results.
