Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the rolled pastry into 1-inch wide strips.
  4. Wrap each mini sausage in a pastry strip, leaving the ends uncovered.
  5. Whisk together the egg and water in a small bowl. Brush over the wrapped sausages.
  6. Bake on a prepared baking sheet for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes
