Preparation
- Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while you set up three separate bowls for the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the seasoned flour, ensuring it’s well-coated. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off, and finish by rolling it in the panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully place the coated chicken breasts into the skillet and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice, stirring until smooth. Taste and adjust the heat according to your preference.
- Slice the brioche buns in half and generously spread the Bang Bang sauce on each side. Layer on fresh lettuce and tomato, then add the crispy fried chicken.
- Plate your sandwiches with a side of crispy sweet potato fries or a light salad and enjoy.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top before serving. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
