Method

Cooking Instructions
  1. Start by heating 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add your halved or quartered baby potatoes to the skillet, seasoning them with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 15 minutes or until they turn golden and tender, stirring occasionally. Once done, set them aside.
  3. In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil along with 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Season the cubed steak with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs for extra flavor.
  4. Carefully add the steak in a single layer, searing it for 2-3 minutes per side until browned, then remove from the pan and set aside.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add in the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet with the garlic; toss everything to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish your dish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
