Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Warm up a splash of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook the halloumi slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Slice the red bell pepper and cucumber, and grate the carrot.
  4. Combine the hot honey with a teaspoon of water for a thinner consistency.
  5. Remove the fried halloumi from the pan and let it drain on a paper towel.
  6. Soften the tortillas by briefly heating them.
  7. Layer spinach on each tortilla, then add sliced red bell pepper, cucumber, grated carrot, and crispy halloumi.
  8. Generously drizzle the hot honey over the fillings.
  9. Wrap your tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides.
  10. Slice the wrap in half and enjoy, garnishing with fresh herbs or lime wedges.

Notes

Pat the halloumi dry before frying to achieve optimal crispiness. For a vegan option, marinate firm tofu instead of using halloumi.
