- Slice the red bell pepper and cucumber, and grate the carrot.
- Combine the hot honey with a teaspoon of water for a thinner consistency.
- Remove the fried halloumi from the pan and let it drain on a paper towel.
- Soften the tortillas by briefly heating them.
- Layer spinach on each tortilla, then add sliced red bell pepper, cucumber, grated carrot, and crispy halloumi.
- Generously drizzle the hot honey over the fillings.
- Wrap your tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Slice the wrap in half and enjoy, garnishing with fresh herbs or lime wedges.
Notes
Pat the halloumi dry before frying to achieve optimal crispiness. For a vegan option, marinate firm tofu instead of using halloumi.
