  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets bite-sized
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce low-sugar
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin

  • 1 cup Zucchini chopped
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey or Chicken for substitution

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Break it apart with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1 more minute until fragrant.
  3. Add bite-sized cauliflower florets to the skillet, coating them in the beef mixture. Cook for 5 minutes until the cauliflower is slightly softened.
  4. Add the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, stirring to combine. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning as desired.
  6. Plate your dish or serve directly from the skillet, garnished with fresh basil.
