  3. Cook Beef: Heat a skillet, add oil, and cook marinated beef in small batches for about 2 minutes per side.
  4. Plate Beef: Arrange cooked beef on serving plates.
  5. Add Onsen Eggs: Crack onsen eggs over plated beef to let the yolk cascade.
