How to Make Irresistibly Moist Chocolate Cupcakes
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Blend the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Whisk the eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
