Method

How to Make French Onion Chicken Sliders
  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add sliced sweet onions and cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until they’re beautifully caramelized and golden brown.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with half of the beef base, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the seasoned ground chicken to the skillet with caramelized onions. Cook on medium heat, breaking the chicken apart until fully cooked through (about 7-10 minutes).
  4. Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
  5. Line the baking sheet with slider buns; scoop the chicken mixture generously onto the bottoms, top with Gruyère cheese slices, and then place the tops of the buns.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt remaining butter and mix in Worcestershire sauce. Brush this blend over the tops of the buns.
  7. Place the assembled sliders in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before slicing into them for easier serving.
