Cooking Steps
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for even cooking.
- Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or give it a light spray of non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Use your hands for the best mixing results.
- Shape Meatballs: Form small balls about 2 inches in diameter using wet hands. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake: Place the meatballs in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked inside.
- Make Sauce: While the meatballs bake, heat olive oil in a pan and add crushed tomatoes and dried oregano. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
