Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. Blend 25 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with ½ cup of melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and place in the freezer.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat 24 ounces of softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of granulated sugar, mixing well.
  4. Incorporate 4 room temperature eggs one at a time, mixing gently. Add ½ cup of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, ¼ cup of cocoa powder, 1 ½ tablespoons of all-purpose flour, and ½ teaspoon of salt until just combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and bake for 45-50 minutes. The edges will be set while the center jiggles slightly.
  6. Turn off the oven and crack the door open, allowing the cheesecake to cool for about 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Just before serving, top the cheesecake with crushed Oreos, pastel M&Ms, Cadbury eggs, and Peeps.

Notes
