  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened, full-fat recommended
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar

  • 2 cups heavy cream whipped
  • ¾ cup Nutella or homemade Nutella for a healthier option
For the Topping
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to soft peaks

Preparation
  1. Prepare Crust: Blitz 16 Oreos in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Combine with ¼ cup melted butter and mix until coated. Pack 2 tablespoons into each jar.
  2. Make Filling: Beat together 8 ounces cream cheese, ¾ cup powdered sugar, and 1½ teaspoons vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip Cream: Whip 2 cups heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Combine Nutella: Gently fold ¾ cup Nutella into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  5. Fill Jars: Pipe the Nutella cheesecake mixture into the jars, layering it over the crust.
  6. Prepare Topping: Whip 1 cup heavy cream until soft peaks form and pipe on top of each jar.
  7. Finish: Sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate on top for garnish. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
