How to Make Ultimate Saimin
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth and water. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Boil Saimin noodles according to the package instructions for around 3-5 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Stir in sliced pork and shiitake mushrooms into the simmering broth. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until pork is tender.
- Place a portion of cooked noodles in a bowl. Pour the broth over the noodles, topping with fish cake slices and green onions.
- Add sliced hard-boiled eggs atop each bowl and sprinkle with extra green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra burst of flavor, drizzle sesame oil on top. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer as needed.
