- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise, and Tabasco sauce. Mix until smooth, then season with kosher salt and ground black pepper according to your taste.
- Lay out your tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture across the entire surface of each tortilla for a flavorful base.
- On each tortilla, place a line of sliced turkey breast, cheese, and fresh lettuce down the center. Make sure to leave some space at one end for rolling.
- Start rolling the tortilla tightly from the side with the turkey, ensuring it’s snug but not too tight to avoid squeezing out the filling.
- Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- When ready to serve, slice into 1-inch pieces.
