  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce adjust to taste

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper to taste
For the Wrap
  • 4 large Tortilla Wraps 9-inch flour tortillas
  • 8 oz Sliced Turkey Breast thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce (Boston or Butter) for freshness
  • 1 cup Cheese (Cheddar, Provolone, Monterey Jack, or Havarti) for flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise, and Tabasco sauce. Mix until smooth, then season with kosher salt and ground black pepper according to your taste.
  2. Lay out your tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture across the entire surface of each tortilla for a flavorful base.
  3. On each tortilla, place a line of sliced turkey breast, cheese, and fresh lettuce down the center. Make sure to leave some space at one end for rolling.
  4. Start rolling the tortilla tightly from the side with the turkey, ensuring it’s snug but not too tight to avoid squeezing out the filling.
  5. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. When ready to serve, slice into 1-inch pieces.
