How to Make One Pot Creamy Sausage and Spinach Pasta

- Cook the sausage: Add the Italian sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks until nicely browned, about 5 minutes.

- Simmer the broth: Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Add tortellini: Gently add the fresh tortellini to the pot, cooking according to package instructions (usually around 5-7 minutes).
