Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Brown the pork in the hot skillet in a single layer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
  4. Remove the pork from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
  5. Add sesame oil to the same skillet and sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant and golden.
  6. Pour in the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes; stir and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
  7. Return the browned pork to the skillet, ensuring each piece is well-coated with the sauce. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes on low heat.
  8. Serve the pork over bowls of rice and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
