Cooking Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized cubes.
- Brown the pork in the hot skillet in a single layer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
- Remove the pork from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
- Add sesame oil to the same skillet and sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant and golden.
- Pour in the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes; stir and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Return the browned pork to the skillet, ensuring each piece is well-coated with the sauce. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes on low heat.
- Serve the pork over bowls of rice and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
