How to Make Homemade Crepes
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Whisk until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Gradually mix in the warmed milk.
  3. Slowly add the egg mixture to the flour mixture. Whisk continuously until smooth.
  4. Allow the batter to rest for about 30 minutes for tender crepes.
  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  6. Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet and swirl to form a thin layer.
  7. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden, then flip.

Notes

Store leftover crepes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Layer with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
