How to Make Homemade Crepes
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Whisk until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Gradually mix in the warmed milk.
- Slowly add the egg mixture to the flour mixture. Whisk continuously until smooth.
- Allow the batter to rest for about 30 minutes for tender crepes.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet and swirl to form a thin layer.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden, then flip.
- Stack the cooked crepes and serve warm with your favorite fillings.
Notes
Store leftover crepes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Layer with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
