How to Make Garlic Butter Noodles
  1. Boil Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, usually 8-10 minutes. Reserve 3/4 cup of cooking water, then drain pasta.
  2. Sauté Garlic: In a skillet over low heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté gently until fragrant but not browned, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Combine Pasta & Sauce: Toss drained pasta into the skillet, mix in remaining butter and Parmesan cheese. Slowly add reserved pasta water until noodles are glossy.
  4. Season & Serve: Season with salt and pepper, serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley.

Notes
