Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently until all the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Sear the seasoned chicken in a hot skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden-brown.
  4. Transfer the seared chicken to a shallow baking dish, laying them out evenly to promote even cooking.
  5. Layer diced cherry tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan on top of the chicken.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil and optionally drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

Optional: Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
