Making the Dip
- Start by rinsing and draining the black beans thoroughly.
- In a food processor, combine the black beans, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, ground cumin, and sour cream. Blend until smooth.

- Transfer the dip to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
