Making Muffins
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare muffin tins with liners or greasing.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add eggs and vegetable oil to mashed bananas and mix until creamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips evenly throughout the batter.
- Spoon batter into muffin tins, filling them about two-thirds full. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let muffins cool on a wire rack before serving.
