  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar High-quality cheddar is best.
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing Consider Greek yogurt ranch for a lighter option.
For Topping
  • 1 cup Additional Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 cup Additional Shredded Mozzarella

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Steam or blanch the broccoli florets until just tender, about 3-4 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. Combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with additional shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  6. Allow the casserole to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
