Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss halved Brussels sprouts and diced butternut squash with olive oil and minced garlic.
  3. Spread the vegetables onto the prepared baking sheet. Roast for about 25-30 minutes.
  4. Brown the Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Boil salted water in a pot and cook your pasta according to the package directions.
  6. Combine the roasted vegetables, cooked pasta, and browned sausage in a large bowl.
  7. Plate your dish and drizzle with additional olive oil. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
