  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Baking sheet
  • Oven
  • Mixing bowl

Method

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add sliced sweet onions and cook for 25-30 minutes until they're beautifully golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken with half of the chicken base, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in the caramelized onions, then cook in the skillet over medium-high heat until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Place the slider bottoms on a greased baking sheet. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over each bottom and generously sprinkle Swiss cheese on top. Cap with the slider buns.
  4. Melt any remaining butter and mix it with the leftover chicken base and Worcestershire sauce. Brush this mixture over the top of each bun and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the buns are golden brown.
