How to Make French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay your tortillas flat and add slices of roast beef and sprinkle cheese down the center, leaving 1 inch from the edges.
  3. Tightly roll each tortilla, folding in the sides slightly to create a burrito-like shape. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush the roll-ups with melted butter and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Slice the roll-ups and serve warm with the au jus for dipping.
