Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Carefully peel the butternut squash, remove seeds, and cut into uniform bite-sized cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss the squash cubes with olive oil, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm as a side dish or treat.
