  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Sliced; can substitute with other vegetables.
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions Chopped; for garnish.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, just until it's fragrant—don't let it burn!
  3. Toss in the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry them for roughly 3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and chili sauce. Stir to combine, ensuring the vegetables are well-coated.
  5. Add the drained noodles into the skillet. Gently toss together until the noodles are evenly mixed with the vegetables and sauce.
  6. Dish out the noodles onto plates, sprinkle with chopped spring onions for garnish, and enjoy hot!
