- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Toss in the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry them for roughly 3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and chili sauce. Stir to combine, ensuring the vegetables are well-coated.
- Add the drained noodles into the skillet. Gently toss together until the noodles are evenly mixed with the vegetables and sauce.
- Dish out the noodles onto plates, sprinkle with chopped spring onions for garnish, and enjoy hot!
