  • 1 pound Ground Beef lean
  • 3 pcs Jalapeños diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded sharp
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
For the Finishing Touch
  • 1 egg Egg Wash mixture of egg and water

Method
 

How to Make Irresistible Spicy Beef Sausage Rolls
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even baking.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, garlic, jalapeños, and cheddar until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to thin it. Cut it into 4-inch wide strips.
  4. At one end of each strip, place a spoonful of beef filling. Avoid overfilling.
  5. Roll the pastry over the filling and seal the edges to keep them snug.
  6. Brush the top of each roll with the egg wash for a golden finish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

Notes

Serve with spicy ketchup or mustard for an extra kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
