How to Make Irresistible Spicy Beef Sausage Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even baking.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, garlic, jalapeños, and cheddar until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to thin it. Cut it into 4-inch wide strips.
- At one end of each strip, place a spoonful of beef filling. Avoid overfilling.
- Roll the pastry over the filling and seal the edges to keep them snug.
- Brush the top of each roll with the egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
