  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Homemade sauce allows adjusting of sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary Consider fresh thyme as an alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Optional but recommended for a gourmet touch.

Method
 

Preparing the Pizza
  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and prepare your pizza stone.
  2. Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with salt and pepper, then smoke or roast until fully cooked, about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired size and shape.
  4. Assemble the pizza by spreading cranberry sauce on the dough, adding brie slices, and topping with shredded smoked chicken and rosemary.
  5. Bake on the preheated stone for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Slice and serve warm, with a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
