  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Kale can be substituted
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Ricotta can be used for a richer texture
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Melted butter can be used as an alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can also be used

  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes Optional, enhances Mediterranean flavors
  • 1/2 cup Olives Select your favorite variety

Method
 

How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even baking.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet and cut it into 3-inch squares.
  3. Sauté spinach in a skillet with a splash of olive oil for 2 minutes until wilted.
  4. Combine sautéed spinach, crumbled feta cheese, and garlic powder into a bowl and mix well.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling on each pastry square and fold them or keep them open-faced.
  6. Brush each crisp with olive oil, place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Store leftover crisps in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to restore crispiness.
