  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 1 unit Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic for hummus
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for hummus
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Grated cucumber
  • 1 clove Garlic for tzatziki
  • ½ unit Lemon juice
  • Dill Fresh a sprinkle
  • 1 medium Eggplant for baba ganoush
Flatbreads
  • 1 unit Pita bread warm before serving
  • 1 unit Naan bread warm before serving
  • 1 unit Lavash thin and flexible
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 medium Cucumber sliced
Garnishing
  • 1 cup Olives pitted varieties
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled or cubed
  • ¼ cup Fresh herbs parsley or mint

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather ingredients and place them on a large serving platter.
  2. Prepare hummus by blending chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
  3. For tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. Warm flatbreads in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Assemble the board with cherry tomato halves and cucumber slices.
  6. Add crumbled feta cheese and small bowls of olives.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
