  • 3 large Large Eggs at room temperature
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour can replace half with almond flour

  • 1/2 tsp Salt a pinch enhances flavors
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract use pure vanilla

Directions
  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cake pan by greasing it and dusting it with flour.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugar: Beat the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar together for 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate Eggs and Vanilla: Add the large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  5. Pour and Bake: Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool and Serve: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
