- Melt Chocolate: In the microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
- Prepare Dates: Make a lengthwise slit in each Medjool date without slicing all the way through.
- Stuff Dates: Fill each date with whole or chopped nuts, then drizzle or spoon melted dark chocolate into the slit.
- Chill: Place stuffed dates on parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Finishing Touch: Once chocolate is set, sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt on top of each date.
