How to Make Irresistible Indulgent S'mores-Stuffed Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and then stir in the vanilla extract until fully combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently, then fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  6. Scoop the dough onto prepared baking sheets and bake for about 10 minutes until golden edges but soft center.

Notes
