Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine the juice of two oranges, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until blended.
  3. Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish. Pour half of the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Transfer chicken to the prepared baking dish. Pour remaining marinade over it and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
  5. Switch to broiler for a few minutes for caramelization, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
  6. Serve chicken with a drizzle of the sauce. Pairs beautifully with rice or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for added color and flavor. Let chicken rest for 5-10 minutes after baking to enhance juiciness.
