Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, combine the juice of two oranges, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until blended.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish. Pour half of the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Transfer chicken to the prepared baking dish. Pour remaining marinade over it and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
- Switch to broiler for a few minutes for caramelization, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
- Serve chicken with a drizzle of the sauce. Pairs beautifully with rice or fresh vegetables.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for added color and flavor. Let chicken rest for 5-10 minutes after baking to enhance juiciness.
