How to Make
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Season the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place them on one side of the baking sheet.
- Toss the fresh cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread out on the opposite side of the baking sheet.
- Whisk together the garlic, honey, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Drizzle half of the glaze over the chicken and cauliflower.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, basting with the remaining sauce halfway through.
- Serve the dish hot, drizzled with the remaining honey garlic sauce.

Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for extra flavor.
