For the Chicken
  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For the Cauliflower
  • 4 cups Fresh Cauliflower Florets
For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce preferably low-sodium
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

Method
 

How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place them on one side of the baking sheet.
  4. Toss the fresh cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread out on the opposite side of the baking sheet.
  5. Whisk together the garlic, honey, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Drizzle half of the glaze over the chicken and cauliflower.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, basting with the remaining sauce halfway through.
  7. Serve the dish hot, drizzled with the remaining honey garlic sauce.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for extra flavor.
