How to Make Irresistible Glazed Balsamic Salmon
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line or grease a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle half of the glaze over each fillet.
- Cook the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Optionally broil for 2-3 minutes for caramelization.
- After baking, drizzle the remaining glaze over the salmon.
- Serve alongside roasted vegetables or quinoa, and optionally garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
For best results, ensure to use fresh garlic and adjust seasoning to personal taste. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
