How to Make Irresistible Glazed Balsamic Salmon
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line or grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle half of the glaze over each fillet.
  4. Cook the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Optionally broil for 2-3 minutes for caramelization.
  5. After baking, drizzle the remaining glaze over the salmon.
  6. Serve alongside roasted vegetables or quinoa, and optionally garnish with fresh herbs.
