For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used for a lighter option
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce adjust according to spice preference
  • 2 tablespoons Honey maple syrup can be a vegan alternative
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice fresh limes preferred
For Assembling
  • 4 buns Brioche Buns or whole-grain/gluten-free alternatives

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Set out three bowls with seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  5. Spread Bang Bang sauce on each bun half, add lettuce, tomatoes, and crispy chicken, then drizzle more sauce on top.
  6. Plate the sandwiches and drizzle with extra sauce before serving.
